HOW DO I SET UP A REPAIR?
Simply shoot me an e-mail at EspressoPointRepair@gmail.com or fill out the contact form below describing the issues you are having. I will reply generally within a few hours with all the info to set up repair.
REPAIR PROCESS
The process is simple. After I receive your email, we will discuss general pricing estimates and if shipping is necessary (depending location it is usually around 25-50$ with FedEx Ground). Once I receive your machine I will inspect and then notify you of any issues and give you a total price including parts. Upon confirmation, repairs will be made (usually within 3-5 days) and then the machine will be shipped back to you after receiving payment.
