Let’s keep this simple! If you need your Lavazza Espresso Point Matinee Machine fixed, refurbished, or descaled, or would like to purchase a fully refurbished machine, you’re in a good place.
HOW DO I SET UP A REPAIR?
Simply shoot me an e-mail at EspressoPointRepair@gmail.com or fill out the contact form below describing the issues you are having. I will reply generally within a few hours with all the info to set up repair.
REPAIR PROCESS
The process is simple. After I receive your email, I will reply via text message or email with the service information and price, and if shipping is necessary I will create a FedEx label and email or text it to you to print or scan the QR code at the store, all you have to do is box it! (depending location it is usually around 25-50$ with FedEx Ground). Once I receive your machine(s) I will let you know, and then let you know again when it is finished (usually 2 week or less) and then the machine will be shipped back to you after receiving payment.
